Research & Development

The organization has a solid Research and Development group which is continuously coping with the fast changes on corrugated box manufacturing. Initiated by the graphic artists for concept development, execution, and roadmap of all given designs, we are able to cater to specifications required by our customers. With the in-house development of photopolymer plate-die, rubber-die and die-cut blade, assurance of fast service execution and reliable raw materials becomes possible.

System Support

Sunpack has an enterprise-wide information system, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), designed to coordinate all the primary resources, information and activities needed to complete business such as order fulfillment and billings. ERP system is based on a common database software design and by using this, it allows every section/ department to restore and retrieve data information in real time.

We have state of the art testing machines which is calibrated annually to perform the following test to cater to our customers' requirements:
